Warning! During the Holidays, family members all get together to enjoy everyone's company and eat some fantastic home-made foods. However, your pet should not be one of the family members dining on the same foods. Every year, there are many well-loved family pets that get into harm's way when they ingest food that should never have passed their lips. Protect your pet this Holiday Season by feeding them only the foods that they are meant to eat. Look past the puppy dog eyes that they will give you and pay no attention to that slurp of the tongue. Give Fido a good ole' puppy treat instead. They will thank you in the end and you can love them for years to come. Foods your dog should never eat:
- Cooked bones
- Turkey skin
- Gravy/Buttery sidedishes

- Aluminum foil or plastic wrap
- Anything in a trash can
- Rodent bait: mouse, rat, gopher
- Acetominophen: Tylenol
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatories: Ibupropfen compounds: Advil, Aleve, etc., including overdoses of veterinary products
- Chocolate: all types
- Grapes, raisins, prunes
- Macadamia nuts
- Antifreeze
- Sago palms
- Mushrooms, fungus, algae
- Lillies
- Oleanders
- Yesterday, today and tomorrow plant
- Cocoa mulch
- Caffeine
- Nicotine
- Illicit drugs
